Structural protection surveys

Being able to renovate buildings high-qualitively or to estimate carried out measures, building investigations are essential. Damages on wood constructions and masonry will be established and out of the results necessary measures and suitable procedures and renovation systems will be found. First diagnosis, then therapy!

This pre examination also known as building condition analysis is used for the knowledge of important parameters as damp content of building materials, water saturation value, damp ingress, capillarity as well as load with easily soluble building harmful salts. Next to the examination of already available barrier layers on functional ability are these parameters and connections compelling for a successful and lasting building renovation. The results will be written down in a survey report and out of the results a renovation concept with hints for suitable procedures and materials will be worked out. Usually the surveys are destructive because of taking tests with following laboratory analysis.
